Do fire departments have blueprints to all local houses?

Does my local fire department have the blueprints to my house and other local buildings?
Please real answers dont just gues...

No. The fire department doesn't have blueprints to residential houses or buildings. That's in the movies.

When a major building is on fire, the security service or manager is called to bring them to the command post. From there the on scene commander makes decisions about what to do.
Just as a few others have answered, not to residential properties. This information is with your local city/town hall. More than likely the building or community development department. And, depending on when your house was built, may not have them all. Also, they refer to them as "plans".
In my province fire departments have floor plans of large companies/warehouses but they do not have plans of privately owned houses. Floor layouts are needed by them for safety reasons...chemical storage...rescue plans. They need to be prepared for any dangerous situation that might arise for their safety too.
Since you don't want a guess.

It depends on the jurisdiction you live in. Some may, some won't.

You need to ask your local fire department.
I've never heard of this. Do you realize how big their files would be if they had everyone's home blueprints?

Only commercial buildings.
i doubt that they have blueprints for private residences.
commercial buildings but not your house.
