No. You would need to contact the Builder. The Inspection Department is given drawings for each section of the building process such as electrical, plumbing and such. I do not believe they will give you access to them though.
No....but u can go to the city inspectors office where we contractors have to have our plans and blueprints approved...u will find all u need there.
