I want to get a blueprint of a 1914 house/estate in another state. how do i go about getting these?

I have been fascinated by this home for years (Wilbur Reid house Portland Oregon) and want to base my own home design by this house. please help me out!

It is highly unlikely you are getting a free blue print of this house. Blue prints are not readily available on line and if the local bulding permits has them on file for some bizarre reason, no one is pulling up such antiquated files for free. Even a historical society will not have easily accessible blue prints.

Pay an architect to go sketch the house for you and send it, then have it adjusted to your design.
I suggest you contact the county courthouse for the appropriate property. See if they have one on file. They may or may not. If the city or county has an historical association you may try them as well.
I am sure that for a fee you can acquire it. However be prepared for the fact that there may not be one available.
Simply because not every home has a blue print. Especially older homes.
Sorry but I really doubt that there is a blue print you could build a house by.
