Where can I find these blueprints (if possible at all)?

Okay, so I'm obsessed with this house, the semi-famous Carleton Island Villa. This monster Victorian house that was designed by William Miller, a graduate and architect from Cornell University, for William O. Wyckoff, who was only able to afford this mansion due to the fortune he made off of creating the type writer. Now, this house sits on an island, the Carleton Island, it's more than a century old, and it's falling apart at such a drastic rate that it's almost beyond repair and would cost more than four million dollars to repair. Should said mansion fall apart completely, is there any place that one may find the blueprints/schematics for it? If so, where?

They are the property of the architect. Ask him.

A viable alternative would be finding the floor plan and having blueprints replicated from it. Any architect could do it, with alterations to keep the copyright legal.
