Who made the blueprint of the white house and when was it built ?

Irish-born architect James Hoban won the contest out of 9 proposals to design the "President's House". The House, although proposed by George Washington, wasn't almost completed until 1800. (Washington had died by then.) John and Abigail Adams were the first to live in it, and were there when the British burned the city and the White House down. Dolley Madison was very brave, staying until the last, to make sure all the important documents and a painting of Washington were safely removed for all future generations. You go girl!!
it was George Washington who thought about the idea of the white house...damn just learned about this but i forgot the date.
it was built by alexander the great in 1423
