    Save yourselves 45 minutes and just run your plectrum slowly on a guitar string with a delay and reverb turned up. :) . I make this sound all the time when I start getting board playing guitar.

    I bought a book, 2007 Ableton Live 4, I hope the software hasn’t changed too much and I should be able to learn how to use this program.

    @cosmcosm @19:30 You don’t need to consolidate. By unchecking “Linked Region/Loop” in the envelopes section you can have independent lengths for your loops and envelopes, that is, you can have that 32 bar envelope while still keeping the 2 bar loop. In fact you can even have different lengths for each parameter!
