I listened to this and it’s so true what he says. I’m a 26 year old footballer but I have been lazy for the last 4 years, that’s why I’m still in the semi-professional game. When you wake up in the morning, you should go tothe gym or the park to get fitt, and not say I’ll do it tomorrow. It’s easy to have a burger but you won’t go on the treadmill. Truly inspirational stuff from a great man.
