Both of these guys want to fight each other. But Bob Arum’s the one preventing the fight from happening, Floyd even said it after his victory against Cotto. He wants to fight Manny but Bob Arum doesn’t want it to happen. The fighter can only demand, but at the end of the day his promoter is the one who makes the decision. It’s Bob Arum’s fault.
