    Can’t wait till the first South Alabama vs North Alabama Game it will be awhile since North Alabama will be a divsion 1 team in like 2018 but still it will be awasome

    THIS is a GREAT Strength and Conditioning Program just from looking at it. Also, respect to having a lady in the program helping spotting and getting in the mix. Good stuff.
