@austinman1995 Really? You’re not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you? You’ll never be out of debt in your life.

Unless you’re really wealthy, in which case, it’s pretty crass to go around flaunting how rich you are. And if you’re so rich, why didn’t you just pay for it all up front?

@elsiebea your fantasies are NOT my fantasies ;)

  3. elsiebea says:

  10. emacdaddyfunk says:

@DVDluvr123 Didn’t you post this same comment on other small house vid?

  11. DVDluvr123 says:

That house isn’t so tiny. It is big enough for one Native American family or two Japanese families or three Mexican families.

  12. DVDluvr123 says:

@alexisramirez1978 You don’t need any kind of a permit to build one because it is not large enough to be legally classified as a mobile home in the U.S. But if you are planning to tow it on a public roadway, you will need to register it as a cargo trailer with your state department of motor vehicles. In fact, you should register the trailer first before you start building so can work out any possible registration problems before investing in the construction.

  15. elsiebea says:

@Soundgarden8497, not nearly as lame as your rudeness.
