    Your video is good. One of the best things about your search is after the first search you can continue to refine. On the negative side it would be great if you could find more flexibility. Some of that should be easy like the NOT’s – meaning for example do NOT want a dining room, or DO NOT want a screened in porch.

    It would be great to add some real selectivity into your search’s such as screened porch off Kitchen or off master etc.
