Wow!!!! I’d love to know where you got your exercise science degree at!!!! Never heard a dumbbell called a hand weight before, being completely serious. It’s always a little disheartening to see more and more people go for that “toned” look. Leave the teaching to those who are certified and have gone to school for this. BTW, congratz on being a fitness guru!
Can you do videos using the items you mentioned?

Great videos Sarah. My favorites are the abs, I’m always looking for new exercises. Thanks & keep it up!
i ‘liked’ your video cause you hit yourself with the resistant band LOL : ) made me laugh.
Love love love.
@mzox210 It depends. I love the treadmill. The elliptical is easy to use without challenging your cardio – i call this cruise control – if you can get your heart rate up, then it’s good. It’s better if you have bad knees as well.
@ucfgirl627 I’m going to do one for sure after seeing all these comments!
@lilMissAnn7 I just added the link in the description
@YoBootyStinks Just get a black one, brand doesn’t matter as much as stiffness.
@shoefetish55 It depends how often you work out. If you go 4 times a week, a 2-day split might be a good idea but if you are still fresh (a beginner) then total body 2-3 times a week is good. The 5 day split is for the seriously dedicated.
@toothslayer if someone wants to send me one haha
I’ve had mine for years! Same with my exercise ball. I’m sorry you’ve had bad luck with them! Proper care is always important with the balls, like keeping them inside and not sitting on them as a chair – although that is a good use as well….
Check out one of my beginner exercise program videos where I talk about all this stuff! Or visit my site sarahfit and search for beginner program
I made one for DietHealth back in the day with Katrina, but I will do another one soon!
have you heard of tracy anderson? she says women should not take more than 3 pound weights or else you will bulk up…. what are your thoughts abt it?
also a jump rope is good
Sarah are Elliptical better than Treadmill?
1:38 Sarah I hope it didn’t hurt you…
Sarah, can you do a video specifically for the foam roller? I’ve never used one.
Great video! I’ll look on your page to see if you have a link for the kettlebell. Is this equipment recommended for beginners too? I can’t stand the gym and would like to work out at home. Thx again!
