    80 dislikes??? WTF!!

  7. Bobbipens says:

This is great! But I think that for some young people growing up in homophobic homes or communities, the whole “coming out process” may need to be delayed until they have a better support network. It is up to everyone to do what they will, when they will. Sometimes we need a bit more of a safety net for such a big step. God Bless everyone on their journey.

I have no closet to come out of.
But yet, I would like to say to all LGBT, thank you for your strength. It takes courage, and just reading some comments that homophobes makes me think about how dark it must be. I hope you will endure. Because you are the ugly duckling at first, but I know that, someday you will all become beautiful proud swans.

@Dansito123 Gay Christians Represent <3 I came out to my Christian Aunt and her family, and they were unbelievably supportive. I say if your family truly loves you, they’ll wrap their heads around it eventually. They may be angry/sad/shocked at first, but at the end of the day, they’re still family. And my parents are Asians with very traditional Asian values to a certain extent, so trust me: I had it hard coming out. #itgetsbetter

  15. HardRockingDiiva says:

I never imagined that there were so many gay people in the White House?!
    This is amazing!

  16. Abysmaltormentor says:

These videos have altered the way I look at your country. President Obama’s speech on this very subject was not only humane but very caring and influential as well. I damn sure can say that I’ve never seen another head of state carry a speech in a project like It Gets Better, and I like this. It’s refreshing, and hopefully helpful to many.

  17. RCCFanatic says:

All this is true if this was on tv and everyone saw it it may help them out because so many people in the white house are like us i think i would help everyone a lot more

  18. TheJKVW says:

  20. PoofDuddy says:

Wow, the White House is going to be in need of industrial-strength fumigation from all this faggotry going on because THAT won’t get better until 2012 when the new president has to move in.

  21. josephhorton1 says:

Thank you so much for the video.

  22. josephhorton1 says:

  23. josephhorton1 says:

@TruthNag In a playground you dont have as much of a choice to not listen as on youtube, theres some very very disturbing things online, but does that make our children rapists, murderers, or abusive people? No!
and this is all assuming that homosexuality is a bad thing, which it very obviously isn’t. Who you are is how you’re raised. Being gay is part of a gay person’s identity, just as being straight is.
