@caramello1989 74/75 is an old song
I live and love Simi.
i hate todays music its ruins the whole atmosphere of this movie that was from the 80s! let there be 80s music on the radio!
You drove right past my boys house
@BVictor21 hi,i saw on the net that this house was the devonshire plan,im from devon in the uk,we have simular sort of houses over here but nothing that looks as cool as this house!.
@jamespianogarbage hi you live close to the poltergeist house. i love that place.
@mattvoyager what radio station
I’ve loved this house since I was a child. The architectural character is interesting. It’s Tudoresque in style. There are 2 other homes in the vicinity that are similar in style, but there are minor differences between.
When you first turn onto Roxbury St. on the left hand side on the corner. This is visible in the movie. It’s a mirror of the Freeling home.
Because of the video for the 1st time I noticed another home. 2:01 on the left with it’s gray wood and the garage is different.
@r2jdf
It looks very beautiful
I would love to live there! x
@AppleHeadLoverXxX the best city eva! haha nah its pretty boring
la la la la ”seventy four seventy five” ))hahahah wonderful video )
What is Simi Valley?
Lol, my friends mom grew up in a house like really close to that one!
the first house before u turned on to roxbury looks exactly like the poltergeist house
my fave movie as a kid!!
I ♥ this house!
At 2:10 is the mitchel house lol
wow i can’t believe the house is still there, man the people who live there are lucky
The original owner still lives there (as of October 2010) Also, if you look to your left at 3:21, you’ll see a large vacant lot. The “Poltergeist House” backs up to this lot. When they were filming the exterior shots, a lot of filming equipment was placed there until it was needed. On location shoots, it’s usually hard to find places for equipment other than to have it sitting on the street taking up room. This worked out pretty good for them. Thanks for posting this video!!!
It looks so different with all the trees put in. Also surprising, I figured by now they entire place would be fully developed, but when you drove around you saw all this open undeveloped sections of land, it still is very rural.
