We have several beach house plans that offer residents amenable, full-time living space combined with all the rich enjoyments of life on the beach.

Most of our beach houses are planned as three-story structures, with the garage conveniently located on the ground level.

This ground level parking area offers plenty of room for two vehicles and reasonable amounts of light storage. This provides your family with a separate entertainment area just for the kids and visiting close relatives. The separate living room allows you to create more of a public space on the other side of the dining area that allows you to entertain neighbors, friends, and business partners in a totally separate environment. Both living rooms and family rooms have their own respective balconies, so regardless of the type of gathering you are hosting, you can always take the party outside for a seaside view of the ocean.

Bedrooms are located in the top floor of our beach homes and include master suites, children's rooms, and guest quarters.
