I love your story and how you are helping women!

interesting thats the way you saw it, because its not how it came across to me. I think she had to tell her story to get points across and she told “us” how to maximize time and energy using our hormones with us

  3. ShalomYal says:

Sorry to say but you have to go to the seminar or buy the dvd

This video was recommended to me. What I take away from this though is: 80% she advertises and promotes herself and her practice; 10% she speaks about what her problems were; 10% she speaks about how the body parts relate to each other. So – this is basically an ad for herself. Which I understand, everyone needs to make money. But not at any point does she give any practical tips, advice, hints, exercises, etc. It’s therefore pretty worthless, unless one can afford an expensive nutritionist.

LOVE THIS!! I got pregnant during my Columbia Post-bach program in 2005. Afterwards…when I started ovulating again I started telling people how aware I was that I was a different person every week of my cycle. I have been teaching this and many other related things to people ever since…..Thank you for your eloquent and powerful explanation of this and for sharing it with the world! I hope to meet you in person some day soon :)

If you want to know what to eat, you should consider getting a personal health coach… Alisa graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which graduates coaches all over the country. Check out a selection of them on the myombody(dot)com site

OK, so… what do we eat, then? For god’s sake, tell us.

Alisa, I wish you were around when I was experiencing all the turmoil with my hormonal imbalances but I’m sure glad you’re able to help others now. Keep on keeping on! Your message to women is invaluable.
