Glimpy's gorgeous sister is getting married to engineer Jack. They plan to move to a 'bargain' suburban house neither has yet seen. While they are on their honeymoon, the East Side Kids decide to fix up the house for the newlyweds. Only problem is they accidentally start renovating the wrong house, which just so happen to be haunted by some mysterious men who are up to no good.
